Group Meditation

Our approach makes meditation accessible, allowing you to cultivate mindfulness without stress or complexity. After you complete the course you will be able to join the group meditations on offer!

3 Day Course

In this course, you will learn how to become a self-sufficient meditator through 3 consecutive 90 minute sessions led by a certified teacher in the Being Meditation technique, an effortless, natural, and highly beneficial form of meditation.

It is a seated, silent, eyes-closed technique practiced for 15-20 minutes once or twice per day.

Bespoke Course

We offer bespoke and onsite guided meditaton courses for individuals, firms, institutions, and groups up to 12.

Meditation Retreat

We offer summer meditation treats that will have very limited seating as well as remote locations taking place over 3 days.

What are your operating hours?

Each class is scheduled privately and you will receive notice accordingly when you are accepted as a student.

Do you have special options?

Yes, we offer an array of Bespoke solutions, please contact a teacher, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Is parking available?

We often have parking but it is public and street parking is available. Valet parking is not offered.

Can I do it online?

Absolutely! We will be running online courses for those who are unable to attend the in class lessons. However, you shall not be able to attend an in person class remotely. There will be only In Class sessions and only Online Sessions. They shall not overlap.

What kind of meditation technique is this?

All of our students begin by learning a Being technique which is a simple and natural approach that forms the foundation of awareness needed for all of our work. It allows the mind to settle into a state of deep rest without effort or control. This technique is not about trying harder or forcing the mind to be quiet. It is about allowing the mind to do what it naturally knows how to do when given the right conditions.
